Below are foods that we can avoid to beat belly fat.
Fast food usually contains little amount of nutrition and high amount of bad fat. A single fast food meal can provide more than 2000 calories, which is close to recommended calorie intake for a day. We do not afford to consume fast food while expecting to lose belly fat. Even though we love fast food, we need avoid fast food to stay low on belly fat.
Alcohol contains too much calorie and little nutritional benefit. The other problem is that drinking alcohol gets out of control and results in drinking more and more. A night of drinking can lead to consumption of thousands of calories. Avoiding alcohol is good for flat belly.
Despite having positive effects, dairy products are rich in carbohydrate and bad fat. It is a good idea to limit consumption of milk, cheese, yoghurt, ice cream etc.

Refined Sugar and Sweeteners
Refined sugar and sweetener can cause level of insulin to go higher, which enhances storage of fat. This kind of food had adverse effects on immune system and makes it more difficult to combat germs or diseases.

Dessert cakes, doughnuts, muffins are tasty but these food can be too high in calorie and unwanted sugar. These products contain preservative and high sugar content for longer self-life. These foods can make anyone look bloated. Choosing fresh fruits over these foods is good for flat belly.
Soda and Soft Drinks
Soda supplies empty calories and high amount of sugar. It increases belly fat. Soft drinks are not good either due to high sugar content. Diet soft drink also contains artificial sweetener, which is injurious to health. Preferring pure drinking water to soda or soft drinks is a healthy choice and is good for flat belly.
Avoiding foods that increase belly fat not just helps flatten belly but also yields numerous health benefit. Belly fat is associated with number of diseases including cancer, diabetes and cardiovascular disease. It may be little difficult to resist temptation to avoid certain foods.
