Most of the people avoid fiber rich foods as it lacks attractive taste or it does not satisfy enough their palate. However, it is very beneficial for well functioning body and keeping bowel movement regular. Nevertheless,it is not the only reason to recommend you to eat fiber rich foods. Eating fiber rich foods boosts your immune system, protects your heart, keeps blood vessel clear etc. it also control diabetes, cancer and skin health.
