Losing fat or specifically belly fat of your body depends on how much effort you are putting behind this. Usually an all-out approach combining diet, exercise and sleeping are common in most cases. But even if you consider not doing any exercise still you can continue your effort to lose belly fat. Vitamins help in storing the good fat, or protective fat in your body in different locations such as your hips, tummy. This is especially true in case of women in their pregnancy and menopause stage. Because, during this time women’s Estrogen hormone level drops down. As a result protective fat settles down around their belly area. By regulating the level of Estrogen in the body vitamins help to keep your fat in control.

Dairy foods such as milk or cheese will help you shed extra fats from your body. At the same time they will boost your immunity, enhance your digestive systems.
