Calories Burned Running

Running is remarkably effective form of workout for burning calories. It’s said that ‘The more you run, the more calories you burn’. But, it doesn’t mean that you should keep yourself busy on running throughout the day.

There are so many debates on Running Vs walking, Running Vs swimming and so forth.  I don’t want to discuss about those debates. Rather I would like to inform that every workout has a positive effect in your body since you are on the way to lose weight or flattening stomach. It is worth of starting with any of the workouts.

However, if you think that you are strong and young enough to begin with the running then you may proceed.

Otherwise it would be better to start with easiertype of workouts at the beginning. Once you feel that you have reduced enough of fats from your body by performing easier exercises then you may switch to running as secondary approach.

Calories burnt from running depends on various factors. Among those most important are body weight and covered distance. There are some other factors as well, like speed of running, duration etc.
